24-hour reception, clean interiors, luxurious bathroom
Not close to public transport links!!! Far from city center!!! Room pricing feels unjustified given the lack of complimentary water!!! Noisy plumbing could use better soundproofing!!!

The outside of the building is practical, the inside is very nice. Rooms have adequate size, are clean. Bath is equipped with excellent utensils and materials in quality and also very clean. Housekeeping is fine, quick. New bedding and towels in every second day. Liquid soap, toilet paper, disposable comb, razor always available.
Crew is very polite and helpful, however, unfortunately not knows any foreign language, ever English. This cause a little crux in communication if you have questions and demands out of the ordinary. Heating is through air condition, user guide however is not enclosed, setting up the equipment is not easy at first. If it was successful, heating works fine, but with a considerable noise, which is not so pleasant at night. Domestic hot water also does not perfect, because - especially in dead hours - you have to waste the water (and time) while it becomes hot. Glasses provided made of plastic.

Location so close to restaurant, the tourist centre and supermarkets and airport. For tea or coffee visit Cto Cafe nearby.

The retro design feels high-quality. The breakfast croissants were the best. Just a bit far from the center if you want to explore, though. Solid spot for a work trip or a quick getaway.

The room was good-sized and freshly decorated, with central heating, a laptop-size safe, and a flat-screen TV. Private bathroom. The hotel's location was excellent and quiet, adjacent to metro system, metro to square and an Industrial area in the mist of Warehouse. San Blas district was worth exploring...

All in all everything was great, had a great stay for a business trip. The rooms were outstanding and elegant, plus the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The food provided was decent. The location was excellent nice to be out of the tourist area. Moreover, it's close enough to airport/Atletico Madrid stadium, the closes metro station and bus stop. This hotel met requirements!
